What we hold
A read-only copy of your pharmacy's point-of-sale data: sales, purchases, stock, expenses, and the names of customers, suppliers and staff as recorded there. Your users' accounts in this system (name, username, email if given); passwords are stored in a hashed form that cannot be read. And a record of what users do in the system: pages opened, sign-in times and network address.
Why
To give your pharmacy its dashboards, reports and alerts, to protect accounts, and to fix faults. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
Who sees it
Your pharmacy's users, within the access you give them; and our operations staff when support requires it, with every such entry into your dashboards recorded. No other pharmacy can see your data.
Third parties
When the medicine-information feature is used, only the product's name and catalogue code are sent to the AI provider, with no sales data and no personal names. Phone notifications pass through your browser's own push service.
Where and how long
Data is kept on a server we operate, with daily backups. We keep it while your subscription runs and for fourteen days after it ends, then delete it permanently. Backups roll over within fourteen days.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct a user's details, or to delete your data.
